Sometimes a small roofing project reveals much bigger issues underneath. This porch had an old metal roof that had been covered with loose rubber in an attempt to stop ongoing leaks. Unfortunately, the temporary fix wasn’t enough and water had already caused damage beneath the surface.
This project was for a wonderful Downtown Carlisle business roof upgrade plus a new entry door. Our team removed the old metal roofing and that is when we could see the true scope of the project. We discovered deteriorated decking and joists that needed to be replaced before a new roofing system could be installed.
